We used to look forward to the summer, but now... unfortunately we've caused irreparable damage to our world and it's taking matters into its own hands now. See you at the beach for some final fun in the sun!

DYING FOR THE SUMMER
Daddy’s loading up the car
He’s planning a beach ball
Two weeks of lying in the sun
Away from it all
The neighbours flying out today
Hot shorts and cool new shades
They paint a pretty picture
Heading for the Everglades
CHORUS
Are you dying for the summer?
Be careful what you wish
It’s getting nice and hot now
Like your favourite Balti dish
Are you dying for the summer?
Just what do you expect?
We’re firing up the planet
With our great greenhouse effect
Are you dying for the summer?
Counting down the days until
We’re gonna hit the beach
Surfing round the plastic bags
The coral white as bleach
Topping up the suntan on your
Massive private yacht
The irony we’re all at sea
Now the arctic’s way too hot
CHORUS
Too late to say we’re sorry
We were warned so long ago
So just enjoy our last big break
Maybe it’s best if we don’t know
The other seasons look away
They fear for their old friend
Now so unpredictable
We used to all depend
It’s funny how the weather always
Gets all of the blame
But tell me who invented fire
Threw petrol on the flame?
CHORUS
