Sadly, we live in a world full of inequality and prejudice. The powerful take advantage of the weak. There is a crippling imbalance of wealth distribution. And we're facing down the barrel of an existential shotgun. So, however helpless you may feel, if we don't talk about it, call out wrong, things will never change. We need to SHOUT IT OUT!

SHOUT IT OUT

The air’s as dead as a hotel room
The trees will all be changing soon
We’ve had our fun now we have to pay
I sense the ending’s coming our way

I can’t stand it knowing what I’ve done
Losing sight of what it means to love someone

CHORUS
So shout it out
What are we waiting for?
Shout it out
No holding back anymore
Shout it out
Shout it out

A quiet voice can still be heard
Refocusing what’s blatantly blurred
It’s not a song we want to hear
The rising water’s crystal clear

I can’t stand it knowing what we’ve done
Losing sight of who we are in the dimming sun

CHORUS

Can we we tell our children that we tried?
To leave them something beyond ecocide
That we turned back the tide?
A world unified?

Look out the window thinking of you
We’ve both survived all the things we’ve been through
I’m getting tired but I won’t give up now
Your pain is my pain anyhow

I can’t stand it knowing what we’ve done
Losing sight of who we are in the burning sun

CHORUS
